It's been over 10 years since Coal first broke the mould and started serving true American smokehouse barbecue flavours inspired by the New Orleans.
While the food was wowing meat lovers in the heart of Wimbledon, John Gater the founder & CEO wanted more. They didn't have a proper website, brand or marketing strategy. Enter Team Neige.
